The Living Laboratory
At The Georgic Revolution, we are passionate about providing students with a comprehensive agricultural education. Our unique approach blends theory and practice to give our students an in-depth understanding of the science and practice of farming.
At the heart of our teaching is our "Living Laboratory" – our own ranch. Here, we put the principles we teach to the test and give our students a real-world, hands-on learning experience. We believe this approach is the best way for our students to learn and gain a deep understanding of what it takes to be a successful homesteader.

Georgic Schoolroom
Designed for college aged young adults, this 17 week class is designed to provide an extended, hands on, university level vocational training. This class will prepare you for the rigors of the homestead life, and the realities of any successful venture in our modern world.
3 day "feed your family" boot camp
"Boot camp," as we call it on the ranch, is designed to be an information packed, hands-on 3 day seminar, organized to allow even the busiest people to come and learn how they can get started with, or improve, their own homestead, farm, or garden.
Soil testing
William's laboratory is a full Holistic Soil Laboratory! Different from a standard soil test, which will measure the nutrients that already exist in your soil, William's laboratory is set up to tell you about the nutrient building microbiome present in your soil!
